    Description

    This 1904 Steinway & Sons Grand Parlor Piano is hand painted in the Matin Bros. style in  early 20th century Louis XV-Watteau.  The hand carved wood case with the Louis XV cabriole legs, parcel water gilded and the Vernis Martin finish covering genre scenes of Louis XV court life add to the beauty of this historical piano.  The piano was made in 1904 in Hamburg, Germany and hand painted with artist signature in Paris, France in 1904.  The piano has been played by musicians and celebrities along with world renowned pianists.  Steinway & Sons has inspected the piano stating the piano is an incredible instrument having "perfect pitch".  This is extremely rare for a historical piano.  I am only the third owner of this piano.
