    Description

    1936 Steinway S Baby Grand Piano; Walnut; Gently Used. This piano has been in the same family since it was purchased in 1936. It is in very good shape, has regularly been tuned (last time was March 23, 2022) and kept in climate-controlled smoke-free homes. It has all its original parts and strings and has never been refurbished. The piano has been kept out of direct sunlight so the finish is in really good condition. There are some minor surface scratches on the top of the piano and bench which I am told can be buffed out with a French polish. There is one small chip (as seen in the photo). The owners are downsizing and are looking for someone who would enjoy playing this lovely instrument. Buyers will need to arrange and pay for professional piano movers.
