    Mommy's Helper Safe-Plate Outlet Safety Cover, 1.0 ct, Set of 6. Shipped with USPS First Class.
    None opened, however, they have been stored for a couple years so there is some dust that got inside packaging as well as some mysterious liquid on the cardboard packaging. The liquid does not effect the actual product inside, only the packaging.
    There is also one that has somehow developed a yellow streak of discoloration down one side. See puctures.
    These outlet covers stay closed when not in use. You have to slide the cover to use. Then, when you unplug it immediatly closes again.
