    Description

    STEINWAY & SONS  model " M " piano.
    1921 Steinway model L piano with player system .
    Complete rebuild performed in the 90s. Entire body was redone. The finish is simply stunning. This is mahogany tiger wood, impossible to find on any new pianos today due to export restrictions.
    The rebuild was quite extensive . New hammers/shanks, action parts, dampeners, strings, pins and more. Goo much too list! The soundboard was shimmed and revarnished.
    The player system was also rebuilt in the 90s.
    It's currently not functioning, but probably a simple fix. Yes there are people that do work on these vintage player systems.
    This piano plays and sounds great. Amazing Steinway tone .
    Get a rebuilt model L at a fraction of the price.
