    Description

    Steinway & Sons piano, Serial Number 137980.  Believed to have  been made in 1909. Oldest essential upright piano design still in mass production in the 1980's. The piano belonged to my great grandmother in  Mississippi.  My grandmother moved it to Texas during WWII and was in our home before I was born in 1945.
    My grandmother played it constantly, as she lived with us.  My brother learned to play on this Steinway, and lots of singing was done around it.
    It is in excellent ORIGINAL condition, as is the bench.   Measures 50" tall(without the casters) and 27" deep.
