Vintage Small Silver Creamer

Description

Vintage silver creamer...I have no history on this creamer. It looks to be of silver with very heavy patina. There is writing on the bottom. All that I can make out is Silversmiths.
USPS 1st class mail, .85, mailed same day as payment.
