    Being offered here and to our local community only. We have received a lot of support for this item. Our hope is to find it a loving home where it will be appreciated for the piece of functional art that it is.
    The finish and action are comparable to new. This piano has been housed in its own vestibule and in very low humidity. No smoke of any kind. Lovingly cared for and lightly played.
    This piano was built in June 1999, in Hamamatsu, Japan exclusively for the U.S. market. Original owner. Exquisitely maintained and is in mint condition.
    At 5'3", this baby grand is compact in stature. Its voice is full and clear, and it has a resonant tone comparable to larger models – yet will it not overpower the ear in a small room.
    Two lid positions, a permanent crown, solid spruce soundboard, full length ribs, extruded aluminum action rails, balanced action, and spruce keys.
    This GH1 was tuned and inspected on July 27, 2022, by respected piano technician, Bill Podley. Comments: “Piano is in great shape. Action is well regulated, and tuning pins are tight". The polished ebony finish is immaculate. No signs of wear, even at the foot pedal area.
