    Purchased in 2000 from Schmitt Music in Roseville, MN.
    Keys are in great condition. Pedals work nicely. Few chips in polish near pedals. No major scratches in polish.
    Bench included. Bench gears need repair. Bench inside shelf needs repairing. Bench as a few chips.
    Brass piano lamp, purchased for 0, included. Works perfectly.
    Piano has great full sound. Played for recreation and recitals.
    Local pickup required. Buyer would need to hire piano mover to disassemble piano and transport it.
